Located in Fort Lauderdale, FL MDRI has become the recruitment firm of choice for many emerging medical device companies and well-known Medical Device Companies alike. I have 35 years of business experience. This experience includes Fourteen years with IBM, six years with ADP, and fifteen years recruiting exclusively in the Medical Device Industry. I specialize in Upper Level Sales Management and Marketing. As an Office Owner / Recruiter I have developed many long-term relationships with candidates, companies and hiring authorities within the Medical Device Industry.
I am committed to satisfying the requirements of my client companies and candidates. My goal is to accomplish this quickly while providing complete and up to date information to all parties. I recruit the best available candidates for my client companies. I am as selective as the job description requires. When I present a candidate to a client company, that candidate will most likely have a proven / quantifiable track record of success. My candidates will most likely have experience in the medical device industry.

Profile:
My name is Navin Deendyal, and I am an Account Executive who works specifically with various types of engineers. With advanced degrees in physics and materials science from Purdue University, I have found it easier to connect with engineers and understand their background. Many of my candidates are comfortable talking to me, because I don't have the typical "salesman" type attitude. Instead, I prefer to work with my client companies to find them the best talent available, and with my candidates to introduce them to the most suited opportunities open to them.
Often, this involves working with candidates on their resumes to present their background in a well highlighted manner. This personal touch is what sets me apart from the average recruiter, and what helps me to develop loyalty in my candidates and clients. It is just not good enough to take a job order, and merely submit a resume that outwardly appears to be a match. On the contrary, it is my highest priority to take into consideration the needs of my client company, and ensure that the interests of my candidate are best met.

In the end, this well spent time is what leads to success, and guarantees the satisfaction of everyone involved.
